Story Title: Mary Mary
By: Shana Adams
Mary was such a joy to take care of. She was a night owl so most nights when I worked she was awake most of the night with us. Our thing was when I would walk in to talk to her, check on her etc I would always say” Mary Mary quite what?” She would then say “conquerary.” I loved to hear her say that, never once did she say contrary, but always conquerary. She will be greatly missed.

We are praying for the whole family during your time of loss. I have memories of many days and activities spent with the Stein family. Your Mom was always the best, and a pretty good cook to! “How precious in the sight of God is the death of a saint !”

I have such great memories of working with your Mom in the kitchen at Maranatha – she was such a character! That tough Irish exterior didn’t fool me – I knew she was a softie!! You will all be in my thoughts and prayers in the coming days.
Amanda McQueary says
Thinking you your family during this difficult time. Sandi-everyone in the Nursing office is thinking of you and we all care about you very much. We are sending heartfelt sympathies to you and your family.
